| 摘 要： | 为探究脂质载体蛋白(Lipocalin,Lcn)家族中Lcn8 mRNA在成年公山羊组织中的表达特点,采集3只5周岁成年公山羊的附睾头、附睾体、附睾尾、睾丸等生殖器官以及脾、肺、肾等组织器官,采用qRT-PCR对Lcn8 mRNA的组织表达特点进行研究。结果显示:Lcn8 m RNA在生殖器官中的表达量较高,其表达高峰在附睾头1;Lcn8 mRNA在气管中也有较高表达,在泌尿器官和消化器官中仅有微量表达。推测Lcn8可能与精子的发生和成熟过程有关,而且参与了机体的免疫调节功能。

| Abstract: | This study was conducted to investigate the expression profiles of Lcn8 m RNA in Lipocalin family in different tissues of adult male goats.Reproductive organs including caput,corpora,cauda,testis,and other organs such as spleen,lung,kidney were collected from three five-year-old adult male goats,q RT-PCR were used to analyze the expression profiles of Lcn8 m RNA.The results of q RT-PCR showed that Lcn8 m RNA was expressed highly in reproductive organs,which the highest expression occurred in the caput epididymidis 1.Lcn8 m RNA was negligible in urinary and digestive organs.And it was expressed higher in the trachea.Lcn8 maybe not only play an important role in sperm maturation but also involve in the immune regulation. |
