| 摘 要： | 近年,在我国政策利好、信息技术发展空前、产业跨界高度融合的大环境下催生了智慧农业。茶产业作为我国山区农业支柱产业和中华文化重要载体,宏观研判处于黄金发展战略机遇期,以茶叶数字化品控、智慧茶园、AI技术精细茶叶加工、RFID防伪溯源、智慧茶馆等为代表的智慧茶业业态初现。鉴于此,笔者深度思考智慧茶业未来发展,提出了基于产业端的思考——茶产业树、基于消费端思考——茶馆APP和基于茶资源应用端——全价利用与跨界开发的发展路径,形成“智慧树”概念。

| Abstract: | In recent years,under the environment of favorable policies,unprecedented development of information technology and high integration of industries across borders,intelligent agriculture has been born.Tea industry,as the pillar of agriculture in mountainous areas and the important carrier of Chinese culture,is being in the period of golden development strategic opportunity.The intelligent tea industry represented by tea digital quality control,intelligent tea garden,fine tea processing by AI technology,RFID anti-counterfeiting traceability and intelligent teahouse is emerging.In view of the above situation,the author thinks deeply about the future development of intelligent tea industry,and puts forward the development path of industry end-based thinking-tea industry tree,consumption end-based thinking-teahouse APP,tea resources application end-based thinking-full price utilization and cross-border development,the concept of“intelligent tree”is formed. |
