摘    要:调查发现英德市石门台、五郎嶂等地有野生茶树分布。研究表明英德野生茶树单株生化成分组成及含量变化差异大,部分资源表现出水浸出物含量高、咖啡碱含量高、富含EGC等特征。发现水浸出物含量在48%以上的资源有3份,EGC含量超过6%的优质红茶资源有18份,高咖啡碱资源有6份。这些特异资源的发掘为英德野生茶树种质资源的创新利用奠定了基础。

Abstract:It is found that there are wild tea trees in Shimentai,wulangzhang and other places in Yingde.The results showed that there was a great difference in the composition and content of biochemical components in single plant of wild tea in Yingde,some resources were characterized by high content of water extract,caffeine and EGC.There were 3 resources with the content of water extract more than 48%,18 high-quality black tea resources with the content of EGC more than 6%,and 6 high caffeine resources.The discovery of these special resources laid a foundation for the innovation and utilization of wild tea germplasm resources in Yingde.
