| 摘 要： | 免疫PCR技术是一种在免疫学和PCR技术基础上建立起来的新型检测技术,这种技术同时具有ELISA的高特异性和PCR的高灵敏性。本文介绍了免疫PCR的技术原理和反应体系,比较其不同种类和应用范围,指出免疫PCR存在的问题并提出相应的对策;归纳了目前免疫PCR在食品安全等领域中的应用;并结合免疫PCR技术的优势提出其在食品安全检测中的应用前景。

| Abstract: | Immuno-PCR (IPCR) ,a newly developed detecting technology,was established on the base of immunological research and PCR technique. Thus,it exhibits the characteristics of the high-specificity of ELISA and the high-sensitivity of PCR. In this review,the mechanism and reaction system of IPCR were introduced.
