新蛋白构型GnRH多肽疫苗对公兔生殖性能的影响

摘    要:用蛋白结构修饰后的促性腺激素释放激素并列体二聚物(G6k-GnRH-Tandem-Dimer,GnRH-TDK)2次免疫公兔,研究了该疫苗对公兔生殖性能和生长情况的影响。12只公兔随机分为免疫组和对照组,免疫组于3月龄初免,4周后加免1次。每周采用放射免疫分析法测定公兔血清睾酮水平,发现免疫组睾酮浓度从82.74±16.03ng/ml降至59.24±16.18ng/ml;观察其体重和性行为,免疫组无明显性行为,体重与对照组接近。免疫后9周屠宰公兔比较睾丸重量、体积和精液质量,进行睾丸组织学分析,发现免疫组睾丸大小、精子密度极显著(P<0.01)低于对照组,其睾丸组织结构病变明显。这些现象表明,用新蛋白构型GnRH多肽免疫后,公兔睾酮分泌减少,睾丸发育受阻,精子密度和活力降低,去势效果好,且不影响动物的生长。

Abstract:Effects of active immunization with new GnRH-liked vaccine on reproduction performance of rabbit were studied.Twelve male rabbits were randomly assigned to two groups of six animals each.One group was immunized at age of 3 months and had a booster immunization 4 weeks later.Another group was served as untreated control.Testosterone level,body weight and sexual behaviour were investigated in one week interval.All animals were slaughtered at 9 weeks after first immunization.The size of the testes,histological analysis of the testes and sperm quality were compared to the control after slaughtered.The results demonstrated that the testosterone level of immunized group was decreased from 82.74±16.03ng/ml to 59.24±16.18ng/ml.The immunization extremely resulted in testicular atrophy,decrease of the sperm quality and obvious pathological changes in testes histology.The growth of immunized rabbits was similar to untreated ones.
