桉叶抗氧化物的提取与抗氧化性质研究

摘    要:以广林9号桉叶粉为材料,通过单因素和正交实验,确定最佳提取条件为50%乙醇、料液比1:20、50℃提取1h;抗氧化稳定性研究表明:光照、空气和温度对提取物抗氧化活性均有较大的影响,而pH值对其影响较小;对酚类物质的含量进行测定,表明提取物中酚类物质的含量与抗氧化效果成正相关;以有机溶剂对上述提取物进行萃取,抗氧化效果为正丁醇萃取物〉乙酸乙酯萃取物〉水萃取物〉石油醚萃取物;然后比较了不同浓度乙醇作为洗脱剂对正丁醇萃取物分离的影响,以50%和70%乙醇洗脱成分活性最强。

Abstract:Through single factor and orthogonal experiment with Eucalyptus GL9 leaves powder as material. The result showed that: (1) Optimal extracting parameters of antioxidants from Eucalyptus leaves as followed: 50% ethanol, solidliquid ratio 1:20 with the extraction time of lh under temperature 50℃ ; (2) Study on the antioxidant stability showed that light, air and temperature had great impact on the antioxidant activity of extracts but pH has less impact; ( 3 ) Test of phenolic substances content showed the content of phenolic substances from extract and antioxidant effect is positively correlated; (4) Using organic solvent for the extraction of the extract, we got the order of antioxidant effect as followed: n - butanol extract 〉 ethyl acetate extract 〉 water extract 〉 petroleum ether extract; (5) The 50% and 70% ethanol elution parts from Polyamide Chromatography were proved to have better antioxidant capacity than other parts.
