摘    要:研究旨在了解优繁5号和京9428两个引进的种质材料的农艺性状和品质。通过田间种植观察和实验室对面粉品质的常规分析,对优繁5号和京9428进行了农艺性状的初步观察,并主要测定了其有关品质指标。试验表明,优繁5号和京9428与新冬21号在农艺性状上基本一致,在品质指标上有一定差异。优繁5号和京9428具有矮秆早熟的特点,并且湿面筋和干面筋含量较高,面筋弹性和延伸性较好,面筋对发酵时产生气体压力的抗性中等。

Abstract:Our objective was to evaluate agronomy characteristic and quality of introduced Youfan5 and Jing 9428.The agronomy characteristic and quality of Youfan5 and Jing 9428 were analyzed and determined by field experiment and flour charicteristics in laboratory.The result indicated that the agronomy characteristics of Youfan5 and Jing 9428 was the same as that of Xindong 21,they differ from each other in quality index;Youfan 5 and Jing 9428 had characteristic of low-stalk and early mature,and high content of wet gluten and dry gluten,their gluten elasticity and strength were better,their resistance of gas pressure from fermentation of gluten was middle.
