| Abstract: | The Three Gorges reservoir region within western Hubei includes four counties (cities) of Yichang, Xingshan, Zigui and Badong. This article has emphatically discussed basic characteristics of biodiversity, effects of protection on rare epidictic plant and construction in the Three Gorges engineering to animal and plant and their corresponding countermeasures. |
