早稻苗期抗冷性的生理生化分析

摘    要:在不同温度下,抗冷性不同的水稻品种苗期叶片离子渗漏量有显著差别。抗冷性强的品种含自由氨基基团的类脂比不抗冷品种少,而磷脂、中性脂和糖脂则较多,其脂肪酸不饱和指数提高。线粒体膜结合ATP酶活性的Arrhenius图表明,抗冷性强的秋光,在5~25℃呈线性关系,在25~30℃处有一温度折点;抗冷性弱的品种红410温度折点落在10℃;抗冷性居间的早籼78130,密阳23温度折点落在15℃。这种酶活性变化与这4个品种苗期田间生长的抗冷性和耐热性的表现完全吻合,同时也反映根系活力与秧苗抗冷性密切相关。

Abstract:There was a remarkable difference in the ion leakage of the seed- ling leaf among the four varieties at different temperatures.The chilling resistant varieties had fewer kinds of free amino lipoid and more kinds of phosphate,neutral fat and glucolipide than the chilling sensitive varieties. The unsaturation index of the fatty acid from the chilling varieties was higher(increased).The Arrhenius plot for the activity of the bound ATPase from the mitochondrial membrane of the rice root apex showed:there were a continuous linear function with the temperature between 5℃ and 25℃ and a turning point at the temperature between 25℃ and 30℃ in the strong chilling resistant varieties Qiuguang,whiIe the turning point in the chilling sensitive variety Hong 410 was at 10℃,and the medium chilling resistant varieties 78130 and Miyang23 at 15℃.The activity of the bound ATPase varied coincidently with the field resistance to chill and tolence to warm at the seedling stage of these four varieties.And it was also indicated that there was a closed relation between the activity of the rice root and the chilling resistance of the rice seedling.
