阿特拉津在土壤中的解吸行为研究

摘    要:目的]了解不同类型土壤中阿特拉津的解吸行为。方法]分别将一定量的贫瘠土、耕作土及污泥土按一定比例加入已知浓度和体积的阿特拉津药液中,两相分开后测定液相中农药的平衡浓度,计算单位质量土壤吸(解)附农药的量,并分析土壤有机质含量、pH值、温度及投加量等对阿特拉津解吸过程的影响。结果]阿特拉津在3种土壤中解吸量的变化趋势基本一致,其解吸浓度随时间的推移不断上升;土壤有机质含量与农药解吸量成正比;在合适的温度范围内,温度升高有利于农药解吸;在适宜的pH值范围内,农药的解吸量随土壤pH值的升高而增加。结论]土壤中阿特拉津的解吸行为受土壤有机质含量、pH值、温度及投加量等的影响较大。

Research on the Desorption Behavior of Atrazine in Soil

Abstract:Objective] The study was to learn the desorption behaviors of atrazine in different types of soil.Method] A certain amount of poor soil,cultivated soil and sludge soil were added into atrazine solution with known concn.and volume according to a certain proportion resp.The balance concn.of pesticide in liquid phase was determined and the quantity of pesticide adsorbed(desorbed)by unit mass of soil was calculated after the two phases were separated,and then the influences of organic matter content,pH value,temperature and addition amount of soil on the desorption course of atrazine were analyzed.Result] The change trends of desorption amount of atrazinein 3 soils were basically identical and its desorption concn.was increased continuously with the delay of time.The organic matter content in soil was proportional to the desorption amount of pesticide.In the suitable range of temperature,the increasing of temperature was favorable to desorption of pesticide.In the suitable range of pH value,desorption amount of pesticide was increased with the increase of pH value of soil.Conclusion] The influences of organic matter content,pH value,temperature and addition amount on the desorption behavior of atrazine in soil were greater.
