微胚乳超高油玉米整个灌浆过程中籽粒和胚乳细胞的生长分析

摘    要:试验以高油玉米115为对照,对微胚乳超高油玉米在整个灌浆过程中,籽粒灌浆的生长进行分析,结果表明,籽粒活跃灌浆期和指数增长期比较短;对胚乳细胞数目的增殖分析知,微胚乳超高油玉米的胚乳细胞数目较少。对两类玉米灌浆过程中灌浆速度、灌浆持续期和胚乳细胞数与整粒干重的关系进行通径分析知:两类玉米整粒干重差异主要受胚乳细胞数与灌浆持续期的影响;对微胚乳超高油玉米籽粒来说,整粒干重的差异,并不主要受胚乳细胞数与灌浆持续期的影响,可能还有相对重要性状的影响,这还有待于进一步研究。
