摘    要:选用6个黄瓜优良纯合自交系作亲本,采用6×6完全双列杂交试验设计,对黄瓜果实7个主要性状进行配合力和遗传力分析,结果表明:亲本MH18和MH35果形各主要性状的一般配合力均较高,是本试验中较为理想的亲本材料;组合MH18×MH35在果实长、果实粗、果形指数、单果重、刺瘤状况上具有较大的正向特殊配合力,且均达到显著或极显著水平,是本试验中最有价值的杂交组合;7个性状的广义遗传力均达到80%以上,其中果实长、单果重、瓜把长、瓜把指数、刺瘤状况的狭义遗传力超过50%,说明这5个性状通过双亲直接遗传给后代的能力较强。

Abstract:Selecting 6 superior cucumber homozygous inbred lines as parents,adopting 6×6 complete diallel cross design,the combining ability and heritability of 7 main characters of cucumber fruits were analyzed.The results showed that the general combining abilities of main fruit-shape characters of parents MH18 and MH35 were higher,and MH18 and MH35 were relatively ideal parent materials in this test.The combination of MH18×MH35 had greater positive specific combining ability in the aspects of fruit length,fruit thickness,fruit-shape index,single fruit weight and thorn tumors’ status(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and it was the most valuable hybrid combination in the test.The broad-sense heritabilities of 7 characters all reached above 80%,and the narrow-sense heritabilities of fruit length,single fruit weight,melon knob length,melon knob index and thorn tumors’ status were more than 50%,it demonstrated that the parents had stronger ability to directly pass down these five characters to the offspring.
