摘    要:核酸疫苗也叫基因疫苗或DNA疫苗,是20世纪90年代初开发的一种新疫苗,具有稳定、安全、制备简单等优点。近年来,大量研究表明,利用核酸疫苗免疫可以有效提高动物的繁殖力,其中有些疫苗已经进入临床应用实验阶段。本文对提高动物繁殖性能的核酸疫苗的种类、作用原理及其在实验动物、家畜等多种动物上的应用研究进行了综述,以期为进一步研究开发更多类型的提高家畜繁殖性能的核酸疫苗提供参考。

Abstract:Nucleic acid vaccines are also called genetic vaccines or DNA vaccines.They are new vaccines developed in the early 1990 s and have the advantages of stability,safety,and simple preparation.In recent years,a large number of studies have shown that immunization with nucleic acid vaccines can effectively improve the reproductive capacity of animals,and some vaccines have entered the stage of clinical application.This article reviews the types,principles of action of nucleic acid vaccines that can improve animal reproductive performance and their application in laboratory animals,livestock and other animals,in order to provide reference for further research and development of more types of nucleic acid vaccines to improve animal reproductive performance.
