低温胁迫对咖啡2种嫁接方式叶绿素荧光参数的影响

摘    要:为研究低温胁迫对咖啡2种嫁接方式叶绿素荧光参数的影响,以兴1为接穗,中粒种(ZN)和大粒种(ZJ)为砧木进行嫁接,在人工气候箱内模拟低温条件,对咖啡苗嫁接的叶绿素荧光参数相关指标进行测定。结果表明:随着处理温度的降低和时间的延长,ZN和ZJ 2种嫁接苗的光化学淬灭系数(qP)、非光化学淬灭系数(qN)、PSⅡ实际光化学效率(ΦPSⅡ)和光合电子传递速率(ETR)等叶绿素荧光参数均呈不同幅度的下降趋势,而初始荧光(Fo)呈上升趋势。结合叶绿素荧光各单项指标抗寒系数分析,8℃处理,ZN嫁接苗抗寒系数的平均值较高,为59.30%,ZJ为56.42%。当温度降至0℃时,2种处理的抗寒系数相近。

Abstract:In order to study the effects of low temperature stress on chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of two grafting methods of coffee,the coffee was grafted in climate chamber which can stimulate low temperature.Xing-1 was used as scion,while C.canephora(ZN)and C.liberica(ZJ)were used as rootstocks.After measuring the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of grafted coffee seedlings,the results showed that the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters decreased to different degrees,such as photochemical quenching coefficient(qP),non-photochemical quenching coefficient(qN),PSⅡactual photochemical efficiency(ΦPSⅡ)and photosynthetic electron transfer rate(ETR)of ZN and ZJ grafted seedlings,while the initial fluorescence(Fo)increased.Combining with the analysis of cold resistance coefficient of chlorophyll fluorescence single index,the average cold resistance coefficient of ZN grafted seedlings and ZJ treatment was 59.30%and 56.42%respectively at 8℃.When the temperature dropped to 0℃,the cold resistance coefficient of the two treatments was close.
