摘    要:以细茎石斛八成熟蒴果为外植体,通过对其种子无菌萌发、继代增殖及生根壮苗培养基的筛选,建立了细茎石斛离体快繁技术体系。结果表明:细茎石斛八成熟蒴果里的种子接种到无菌萌发培养基上,30~60d后,长成顶端有绿色叶原基的原球茎;6-BA和KT2种细胞分裂素对细茎石斛无菌苗的增殖培养效果,以6-BA的增殖效果较好,其推荐的浓度为0.50mg/L,增殖系数高达11.40;NAA对无菌苗生根壮苗培养的效果明显优于IBA;NAA的最佳浓度为4.00mg/L。

Abstract:By using the near-ripe seeds of Dendrobium moniliforme(L.)Sw.,a rapid propagation technology system was established through screening aseptic germination,subculture multiplication and culture medium for strong plantlets and rootage.The results showed that the seeds in near-ripe seeds of Dendrobium moniliforme(L.)Sw.were inoculated on sterile germination medium,and after 30 d to 60 d,they grow into protocorm with green leaf primordium at the top.As for the proliferation culture effect of 6-BA and KT on the sterile seedlings of Dendrobium moniliforme(L.)Sw.,the proliferation effect of 6-BA was better,with a recommended concentration of 0.50 mg/L,and the proliferation coefficient was as high as 11.40.The effect of NAA on the sterile seedlings’rooting and strong seedling cultivation was obviously better than that of IBA;the best concentration of NAA was 4.00 mg/L.
