| 摘 要： | 通过七种生理生化方法测定１９９５和１９９６年不同成熟时期收获的Ｆａｗｎ和Ｓａｆａｒｉ高羊茅种子活力。试验结果表明，加速老化和ＡＴＰ地是测定高羊茅种子活力的较好方法，电导率、发芽指数和活力指数测定应以完全成熟的种子为宜，而温室出苗率和千粒重的测定效果不佳。

| Abstract: | During the seed ripening process of Safari and Fawn tall fescue,seven methods of physiology and biochemistry were used to determine the vigour of tall fescue seed harvested at the different ripening sages in 1995 andl996. The results showed that accelerated ageing test and ATP content test were better methods to determine the seed vigour of tall fescue. Full ripe seeds should be tested in the methods ofconductivity test,germination index and vigour index. Green emergence test and thousand-seed weight testcouldn't describe the change of seed vigour. |
