家蚕茧丝纤度的研究现状及相关探究

摘    要:蚕丝作为重要的天然蛋白质纤维,在人类的生产和生活中被广泛的应用。而茧丝纤度是家蚕品种丝质性状之一,也是衡量茧质价值的重要标准。迄今为止,对于家蚕品种及雌雄间茧丝纤度的差异等相关研究较多,但在家蚕茧丝纤度性状基因效应及形成机制等前沿基础领域的研究还有很大不足,有待加强研究力度。

Abstract:As an important natural protein fiber,silkworm silk finds a very wide range of applications in the production and daily life of mankind.The fineness,or denier,of a silkworm cocoon is an important quality of a silkworm variety,and an important standard for the evaluation of cocoon quality.So far,many researches have largely focused on the differences associated with the size of cocoon filament in various silkworm strains or between females and males.Nonetheless,the researches about the gene effects of the size of cocoon filament,the formation mechanism and other areas of the frontier foundation are quite inadequate and should be improved and strengthened.
