| 摘 要： | 家蚕类胡萝卜素加氧酶BmninaB基因是家蚕视觉形成的关键基因之一。实验以大造品系雌蛾卵巢的cDNA为模板,进行RT-PCR扩增,发现在扩增结果中总有一条非特异性的小片段。本研究对该非特异性小片段进行了克隆测序,并对其出现的原因进行了分析,同时也对家蚕类胡萝卜素加氧酶BmninaB基因的扩增条件进行了探索。

| Abstract: | Carotenoid oxygenase BmninaBis one of the key genes in visual formation of Bombyx mori.While using RT-PCR to amplify the BmninaBgene with moth ovarian cDNA of Dazao as the template,we surprisingly discovered that a small non-specific fragment always appeared.In this study,we cloned and sequenced this non-specific fragment and analyzed the reasons for its occurrence.We also explored the optimum conditions for amplifying carotenoid oxygenase BmninaBgene in B.mori. |
