摘    要:通过对不同出口直径喷管出口燃气压力与流速、燃油消耗等参数的测试、对比与分析,研究了喷管出口结构对烟雾机工作性能的影响,结果表明:将直喷管出口段改为渐放型锥形喷管后,烟雾机动力性能没有降低,且有利于减小积炭。

Abstract:In this paper, exhaust cone tubes with different outlet diameters were designed. The effects of the exhaust cone tube structure on the power performances of a fogger were investigated through the tests of the air pressure and the outlet velocity of the exhaust tube and the fuel consumption. The results showed that changing the exhaust tube from a straight tube into a cone one would not decrease the power performance of a thermal fogger; the outlet velocity of the exhaust tube would decrease as increasing of the outlet diameter; and the exhaust cone tube is helpful to decrease the carbon deposits.
