樟树人工林土壤氮矿化对改变凋落物输入的响应

摘    要:2007年7月至8月,在长沙天际岭林场,用树脂芯原位法测定去除凋落物、添加凋落物对樟树人工林土壤无机氮含量及氮矿化速率的影响。结果表明:樟树林凋落物处理7个月后,去除、添加凋落物和对照处理土壤中无机氮含量之间差异显著(P﹤0.05),表现为添加凋落物(18.96mg/kg)对照(16.36mg/kg)去除凋落物(10.99mg/kg)。经过28d的培养,3种处理土壤中NO3--N含量培养前后之间的差异均显著(P﹤0.05),NO3--N含量从培养前的0.67、0.51和0.39mg/kg分别上升到3.10、7.11和6.67mg/kg;NH4+-N含量培养前后之间的差异不显著(P﹥0.05)。3种处理土壤的净氮矿化量均为正值,分别增加了4.83、1.45和1.26mg/kg,净氮矿化速率依次为去除凋落物(0.173mg/(kg·d))对照(0.052mg/(kg·d))添加凋落物(0.045mg/(kg·d))。这一研究结果有助于更好地认识亚热带森林生态系统土壤氮循环过程。

Abstract:Nitrogen mineralization was evaluated by controlling above\|ground litter input in soils of Cinnamomum camphora plantation in the Tianjiling Forest Farm in Changsha City, southern China’s Hunan Province. Nitrogen mineralization was measured using the resin\|core technique from July 26 to August 23, 2007. The results show that after seven months with litter treatment, there was a significant difference between the inorganic nitrogen concentrations of soils treated by litter exclusion, litter addition and control (P﹤0.05), with the order of litter addition (18.96 mg/kg) > control (16.36 mg/kg) > litter exclusion (10.99 mg/kg). After 28 days’ incubation, the nitrate nitrogen concentrations had significant differences before and after incubation in three soil treatments (P﹤0.05), which rose from 0.67, 0.51 and 0.39 mg/kg before incubation to 3.10, 7.11 and 6.67 mg/kg after incubation, respectively. No significant difference was found between ammonia nitrogen concentrations before and after incubation (P﹥0.05). The net nitrogen mineralization values were positive in treatments of litter exclusion, litter addition and control, which increased by 4.83, 1.45 and 1.26 mg/kg, respectively, with the order of net nitrogen mineralization rates as follows: litter exclusion(0.173 mg/(kg·d))> control(0.052 mg/(kg·d))> litter addition (0.045 mg/(kg·d)). The results help us better understand the process of soil nitrogen cycle in the sub\|tropical forest ecosystems.
