植物生长物质诱导芦荟叶片愈伤组织效果的研究

摘    要:采用正交设计的方法,考察了6-BA、NAA、2.4-D、IBA这四种常用生长调节物质对中华芦荟叶片愈伤组织的诱导效果。结果表明:在MS基本培养基中,这四种生长物质对芦荟叶片愈伤组织的诱导均具极显著效果,其诱导效果大小表现为6-BA>IBA>2.4-D>NAA;在多种不同的生长物质配比中,以6-BA4.0mg/L+NAA0.25mg/L+2.4-D3.0mg/L+IBA0.5mg/L对愈伤组织的诱导效果最好。

Abstract:The effects of 6-BA, NAA, 2.4-D, and IBA on the leave callus of Aloe were studied by using L9(34) orhogonal design. The variance analysis of the experimental results showed that the actions of the four factors were all extremely remarkable in MS medium. Among the four factors, 6-BA was the most important one for the callus induction of Aloe leaves, followed by IBA, then 2.4-D, and NAA was the weakest .The best combination of plant growth substances for callus induction was 6-BA4.0mg/L NAA0.25mg/L 2.4-D3.0mg/L IBA0.5mg/L.
