| 摘 要： | 采用幼叶压片法对‘重瓣玫瑰’和‘苦水玫瑰’两个玫瑰品种进行了染色体核型分析。结果表明:其染色体数目均为2n=2x=14,核型都属于"1A"型,核型公式分别为2n=2x=14=12m 2sm、2n=2x=14=14m。

| Abstract: | Chromosome karyotypes of Rosa rugosa'Plena' and Rosa rugosa'Kushui' were studied by the stem-tips squashed method.The results are as follows: The chromosome numbers of Rosa rugosa'Plena' and Rosa rugosa'Kushui' are 14,karyotypes belong to "1A".Karyotype formulas are 2n=2x=14=12m 2sm and 2n=2x=14=14m respectively. |
