摘    要: 采用砂培的方法研究酸性(pH 值4.5)土壤下Fe2+ 对苜蓿生长和生理的影响。结果表明,土壤Fe2+ 含量在10~100mg/kg时苜蓿生长正常,出苗率、株高、单叶面积、单株叶片数、地上及地下生物量不低于对照组(pH 值6,Fe2+ 10mg/kg);在50mg/kgFe2+ 含量下,苜蓿生长受到促进,各指标均高于或显著(p<0.05)高于其他处理;而Fe2+ 含量在100~200mg/kg时,幼苗的生长受到严重抑制,出苗率、株高、叶片长度、单株叶片数、根长和地上及地下生物量均显著低于(p<0.05)其他处理;不同Fe2+ 含量下,苜蓿的叶片电导率、MDA 含量、根系活力、可溶性糖含量,光化学效率(Fv/Fm)和光系统Ⅱ潜在活性(Fv/Fo)均存在显著差异,<100mg/kgFe2+ 含量处理下的根系活力、光化学效率(Fv/Fm)和光系统Ⅱ潜在活性(Fv/Fo)显著高于100~200mg/Fe2+ 处理,但叶绿素含量与铁离子浓度间并不存在显著的相关性。
