| 摘 要： | 本文报导了用高效液相色谱———荧光检测法测定饲料中黄曲霉毒素B1的方法。采用C18色谱柱 ,甲醇∶水(3∶7)为流动相 ,荧光检测器检测 ,激发波长 365nm ,发射波长 45 5nm。方法的平均回收率 83% ,变异系数为2 2 4%。实验证明 ,本方法具有准确和灵敏的特点。
