几种有机磷杀蚜——螨剂的室内毒力试验

摘    要:应用液剂定量直接喷布法,对两种蚜虫、棉红蜘蛛、家蝇进行多次室内速效触杀毒力测定,以及在温室进行的棉红蜘蛛残效测定初步表明:(1)乐果对两种蚜虫和棉红蜘蛛的速效触杀毒力均接近或超过 E-1059;对家蝇具有高度的触杀毒力。(2)甲基异 G-1059不论对两种蚜虫或棉红蜘蛛都表现很高的杀虫毒力。(3)甲基 K-1059和马拉硫磷对两种蚜虫和棉红蜘蛛毒力的都不够强。(4)三硫磷对棉红蜘蛛成虫也具有高度的触杀毒力,粗制原油的毒力强度接近 E-1059.三硫磷对棉红蜘蛛的残效相当好。(5)AC-3741对棉红蜘蛛成虫的速效触杀毒力也相当强,杀螨毒力强度约为 E-1059的一半;但对两种蚜虫的毒力不够强。

Abstract:Laboratory evaluation of some recently developed organophosphorus aphicides-acaricides with comparatively,low mammalian toxicity for initial contact toxicity was conducted from 1960-1962 in Peking.Two aphid apecies(Aphis gossypii Glover,Rhopalosiphum pseudobrassicae Davis),adult-two-spotted spider mites(Tetranychus telarius L)and adult common houseflies(Musca domestica vicina Macq.)were tested by direct precision spray methods.Preliminary residual effectiveness test on corn seedlings against two-spotted spider mites was also car-ried out in greenhouse.The following results were confirmed:1.Dimethoate0,0-dimethyl S-(N-methyl carbamoylmethyi)dithiophos-phate]possessed high initial contact toxicities both to the aphids(nymphs and apterous adults)and adult two-spotted spider mites.The relative initial contact aphicidal and acaricdal toxicities of Dimethoate were found to be approach-ing or superior to those of Demeton.It also exhibited high initial contact toxicity towards adult houseflies.2.The outstanding initial contact activities exhibited by Metasystox-I to-wards both aphids and two-spotted spider mites were worthy to be fully noted.3.The initial contact aphicidal and acaricidal activities of Demeton-methyl and Malathion were considerably lower than those of Dimethoate or Demeton.4.Crude Trithion0,0-diethyl S-(4-chlorophenylmercaptomethyl)dithio-phosphate]preparations also exhibited high aearicidal activity.Its initial con-tact acarieidal activity was approaching to that of Demeton,while its residual effectiveness was superior to that of Demeton.5,AC-37410,0-diethyl S-(earbamoylmethyl)dithiophosphate]also show edcomparatively high initial contact toxicity against adult two-spotted spider mites but its aphieidal activity was not high enough.
