摘    要:目的]为烤烟优异新品种的培育提供科学依据。方法]对31份烤烟种质资源的植物学性状、外观质量、抗病性及经济性状进行调查,从中筛选优异种质。结果]龙岩C2、H80A432和べイニルト的株高太高;除NC95、NC86、日本烤烟1、K358、RG17外,其余品种均发生黑胫病,但发病程度不一;NC86、Islangold易感赤星病,べイニルト、落地黄易感气候型斑点病,CV16-2、CV78-5、CV78-4、NC-22-NF、津引1号易感TMV;综合来看,筑波1号、津引1号、OX2028、安选79-1、K358、NC2514表现较好,べイニルト、潘圆黄、DarisSpecial、CV78-5表现较差,其余品种表现一般。结论]该研究筛选出了质量和抗病性均较优的烤烟种质资源。

Abstract:Objective]The purpose was to provide scientific basis for breeding excellent new varieties of flue-cured tobacco.Method]The botanic characters,apparent quality,disease resistance and economic properties of 31 shares of germplasm resource of flue-cured tobaccos were investigated and the excellent varieties were screened out from them.Result]The plant heights of LongyanC2,H80A432 and べイニルトwere too high.Except for NC95,NC86,Japanese flue-cured tobacco1,K358 and RG17,the black shank disease occurred on all the other varieties,but their diseased degrees were not consistent.NC86 and Islangold were sensitive to rust,べイニルト and Luodihuang were sensitive to climatic maculatum disease and CV16-2,CV78-5,CV78-4,NC-22-NF and Jinyin1 were sensitive to TMV.Comprehensively,the performance of Zhubo1,Jinyin1,OX2028,Anxuan79-1,K358 and NC2514 was better,that of べイニルト,Panyuanhuang,DarisSpecial and CV78-5 was worse and that of the other varieties was general.Conclusion]The germplasm resource of flue-cured tobaccos with better quality and disease resistance was screened out in this research.
