| 摘 要： | 运用农用地分等成果进行耕地质量等级评价,可以更好的为土地整理工作服务,实现耕地数量与质量并重。以具体项目为例,根据农用地分等的方法、因素以及权重,确定整理前后耕地的自然等和利用等的变化,从而充实了土地整理的可行性研究,同时在成果的应用方面也作了一些探索。

| Abstract: | The application of agricultural land grading and appraisal to the quality of arable land can realize a double-win between the quality protection and the quantity protection of arable land.Sangzhuang being taken as an example,with the method and factor of agricultural land grading the change of natural quality of land before or after its grading effect in application purpose was compared,so it enriched feasibility research on the land reclamation project and the application of the arable land appraisement beneficially. |
