乌天麻和红天麻及其杂种花粉形态扫描电镜观察

摘    要:采用扫描电子显微镜对天麻种内两个不同变型乌天麻和红天麻及其杂种的花粉进行了观察,结果表明:4种材料的花粉均表现出复合花粉类型;在高倍镜下,花粉粒表面具有明显的网状纹饰,网脊较宽;花粉块上有白色粘性分泌物;乌天麻和以乌天麻为母本的杂种其花粉为花粉埠块类型,红天麻和以红天麻为母本的杂种花粉包括四合花粉类型和花粉块类型,杂种后代花粉块类型,杂种后代花粉类型和花粉块大小与某一亲本相似或为亲本的过渡类型。

Abstract:Pollen morphology of G. elata Bl f. glauca S. Chow and G. elat a Bl. f. elata and their hybrids were investigated. The scanning electron microscope observation revealed that pollen of all the four samples belongs to compound pollen grain type. Typical reticulate sculpture on the surface of pollen grains were found and the reticuloid ridge lines are wide (4~5μm). Pollen massulae are irregular in shape. The surface of pollen massulae is characterized white viscous secretion. The type and size of the hybrid F1 pollen grains are similar to one of the parents or remain with the transitional types.
