番茄幼苗黄化曲叶病毒检测带毒率

摘    要:2009年番茄黄化曲叶病毒病在北京市首次发生,且给生产造成严重损失,为了解番茄苗期带毒率以便进行综合防控,2010年2~3月份在顺义区、大兴区、通洲区、平谷区番茄育苗温室采集即将定植及已定植1~2 d的番茄幼苗植株进行黄化曲叶病毒分子检测。共检测番茄幼苗样品645株,检出阳性样品226个,番茄幼苗带毒率为35.04 %。调查检测结果表明,被侵染的番茄幼苗不表现明显症状,病毒含量明显低于表现典型症状的成株番茄。根据检测结果,初步预测2010年北京市早春温室番茄黄化曲叶病毒病有可能较大程度发生。
