| 摘 要： | 应用垂直平板不连续聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳方法研究了泥鳅雌雄成体的肝脏、心脏、脑、性腺、肌肉、血液等6种组织中EST、SOD、G6PDH、ALP、ADH等5种同工酶的表达情况。结果表明,泥鳅5种同工酶不仅存在不同程度的组织差异,而且雌雄个体间也存在较大的差异。大部分同工酶在肝脏和卵巢中表达活性较高,且同工酶类型较多;雌雄个体间存在EST-5两条雌性特异性条带,可作为泥鳅雌雄个体的生化遗传标记,也可为泥鳅性别决定机制的研究提供线索。

| Abstract: | The expression specificities of five isozymes(EST,SOD,G6PDH,ALP and ADH)in six different adult tissues such as muscle,heart,brain,blood,liver and gonads of Misgurnus anguillicaudatus were studied by using the vertical polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.It was showed that the tissue of the loach is provided with perfect system of isozymes.All of the isozymes present different degree of tissue specificity,and some isozymes present certain variation between different sex.As for mostly isozymes,more kinds and more activities could be contest in liver and ovary.Further more,one female-specific bands(EST-5) had been found,and it could be as sex-specific biochemical genetic marker and provide keys on the study of the sex determination in fish. |
