苜蓿根腐病菌(Fusarium solani)生物学特性研究

摘    要:主要研究了温度、湿度、pH值、光照、营养对苜蓿根腐病菌(Fusarium solani)生长、产孢和孢子萌发的影响.该病菌菌丝生长的温度范围为8~38℃,最适20~28℃;产生分生孢子的温度范围为10~38℃,最适25℃;分生孢子萌发的温度范围为8~38℃,最适25~32℃.在pH值5~10的范围内该菌均能生长和产孢,菌丝生长最适pH值5~9;分生孢子产生和萌发最适pH值6~7.分生孢子在饱和湿度或水滴中萌发快,相对湿度低于85%时不能萌发.光照处理对该菌生长无显著影响.分生孢子的致死温度为50℃,10 min或55℃,5 min,菌丝体的致死温度为60℃,30 min或65℃,5 min.

Abstract:This study investigated the effects of temperature, light carbon source and moisture on the growth, sporulation and conidial germination of Medicago sativa dry root rot fungus (Fusarium solani). Results showed mycelial growth occurred in the temperature range of 8-38, with optimal growth occurring between 20-28. Mycelial growth was shown to occur in the pH range of 5-10, with the optimum growth occurring within the 5-9 range. Sporulation occurred in the temperature range of 10-38, with an optimum temperature range for sporulation between 25-32. The pH range in which sporulation could occur ranged from 5-10, with the optimum sporulation within the 6-7 pH range. Conidial germination occurred in the temperature range of 10-38, with optimal conidial germination occurring between 25-32. The pH in which conidial germination occurred was from 5-10, with the optimum germination with the 6-7 pH range. The treatment of darkness with fluorescent light or with alternative fluorescent light did not show any significant effects on mycelial growth, sporulation or conidial germination. The percentage of conidial germination was highest when relative humidity reached 100%, or in water. The lethal temperature for spores was 50 at a duration of 10 minutes, while the lethal temperature for the mycelium was 60 at a duration of 30 minutes.
