| 摘 要： | 将轮胎简化为由线性弹簧和阻尼组成的径向元件,与质量块构成单质点有阻尼自由振动系统。基于自由振动对数衰减法测试原理,研制了轮胎径向刚度和阻尼的测量装置,对一种中型拖拉机导向轮与驱动轮轮胎径向刚度和阻尼系数进行了试验研究。结果显示:径向刚度随轮胎充气压力的增大而增大,增大的趋势逐渐变缓,呈对数增加;轮胎的阻尼特性随充气压力的增大而减小,减小的趋势逐渐变缓,呈对数减小。并给出了计算农用拖拉机导向轮与驱动轮轮胎径向刚度和阻尼系数的回归公式,该公式可作为同类农用轮胎径向刚度和阻尼系数的计算公式。

| Abstract: | The tractor tires have been simplified as a radial element composed of a linear spring and a parallel linear damping,which compose a single-mass-point free decay vibration system along with the mass.The test rig for measuring the radial stiffness and damping of tractor tires has been developed.According to the test results of the vertical stiffness and damping coefficient of the tractor front and rear tires,the radial stiffness increases as the tire pressure increases,but the increasing speed becomes slower... |
