| 摘 要： | 为确定丹寨硒锌米的优势产区,随机抽取丹寨硒锌米保护范围内的大米样本34个,分别测定样品中硒、锌元素的含量,结果表明,大米硒、锌含量的平均值分别为0.065、23.9 mg/kg,在丹寨硒锌米保护范围内所产的大米中硒、锌元素含量并非都符合丹寨硒锌米的质量技术要求。

| Abstract: | In order to determine the dominant districts of Danzhai Se-Zn rice,thirty-four rice samples produced in Danzhai Se-Zn rice Danzhai protective areas were selected randomly.The contents of Se and Zn in the rice were determined respectively.Results showed that the mean values of Se and Zn were 0.065 mg/kg and 23.9 mg/kg respectively.The results indicated that not all rice produced in Danzhai Se-Zn rice protective areas were in line with the quality standards of Danzhai Se-Zn Rice. |
