| 摘 要： | 林业在实现“碳达峰、碳中和”进程中无疑扮演着非常重要的角色。保障充足的资金投入是促进林业发展和落实可持续发展理念的关键，而与绿色金融相关的政策措施、市场建设将有效引导资本向林业相关的低碳绿色领域规模化流动，从而促进全球低碳转型。文中以荷兰、印度尼西亚和巴西作为研究案例，通过分析其直接或间接支持林业和相关产业的绿色金融实践，阐释国际林业绿色金融的模式和经验，以及政府、金融机构在其中发挥的作用，为期我国林业绿色金融发展提供参考与借鉴。

| Abstract: | Forestry plays an indisputably significant role in fulfilling China’s commitment of “carbon peak and carbon neutrality”. Sufficient capital input is key to the development of forest sector and the implementation of sustainable development concept. Favorable policy and market related to green finance can effectively channel funds into the green low-carbon forestry-related sectors on a large scale, and consequently accelerate the global low-carbon transformation. The research thus put focuses on the cases from the Netherlands, Indonesia and Brazil. By introducing their practices in green finance which have directly or indirectly encouraged the developments of their forestry and associated industries, the paper analyzes the international models and experiences in green finance of forestry, and the roles played by the above-mentioned countries’ governments and financial institutions, in order to provide references for the development of green finance for forestry in China. |
