摘    要:采用硝酸和高氯酸(4+1)消解样品,火焰原子吸收光谱法测定蕹菜叶、茎中微量元素Zn、Fe含量。试验结果表明,蕹菜中含有丰富的Zn、Fe,叶、茎中两种元素含量存在明显差异,测定回收率为96.69%~103.72%,RSD1.1%。该法测定速度快,操作简单,有较好的精密度和准确度。

Abstract:Using nitric acid and perchloric acid (4:1) to digest the samples, the contents of trace elements Zn and Fe in leaves and stems of water spinach were determined by the flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The results showed that, water spinach was rich in Zn, Fe, but the contents of the two elements had obvious difference in leaves and stems. The re- covery rate of the two elements was 96.69%-103.72%, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was less than 1.1%. The method possessed the advantages of fast determination, simple operation, high precision and accuracy.
