摘    要:以福薯7-6为材料研究不同氮肥用量对菜用甘薯叶片活性氧代谢的影响.试验结果表明,氮不足或氮过量的情况下,福薯7-6叶片由于SOD活性下降,而且POD活性的提高不能及时清除SOD催化产生的H2O2,O2的积累提高了生物膜的过氧化作用,导致质膜相对透性增加,离子大量外渗,相对电导率增加,这些均导致叶片细胞受到伤害.

Abstract:The active oxygen metabolism of vegetable sweet potato under different nitrogen levels were studied.The results showed that,under both nitrogen insufficient and excessive conditions,the leaves of "Fushu7-6" couldn’t remove H2O2 timely owing to the decrease of SOD activity and increase of POD activity.At the same time the accumulation of O-·2 aggravated peroxidation of biomembrane,leading to the increase of membrane permeability and extravasation of ion and increase of relative conductivity.These unhealth metabolisms caused the harm of cells.
