水稻品种休眠特性的研究

摘    要:以13个水稻主裁品种及11个F1代抽穗后35d的种子为材料,进行种子休眠特性的研究。结果显示,30℃下,种子未去颖壳时,南京11、桂朝2号等品种的发芽率均高于80%,无休眠性;IR36的发芽率仅为19%,具有较强的休眠性;越光、N22的发芽率分别为2%和0%,具有极强的休眠性;F2代种子的发芽率均不超过亲本(越光除外)。除去种子颖壳后,大多数供试材料的发芽率均显著提高,休眠性丧失,尤其是F2代种子,但N22仍保持极强的休眠性。淀粉酶海性测定结果表明,酶活性与种子休眠性呈负相关。内源激素的分析表明,在吸水之前,不同休眠性品种的内源ABA和GA3含量无明显差异,但吸水后,休眠性与GA3/ABA的比值呈负相关。

Abstract:Seeds from 13 cultivars and 11 F1 generations were applied in seed dormancy test.All the seeds were harvested in 35 days after heading.Under 30 ℃,germination frequencies of intact seeds from Nanjing 11,Guichao 2 were exceeded 80 %,while from IR 36,Koshihicari,N 22 were only 19%,2% and 0%,respectively,and all F2 generation had a lower germination frequency than their respective parents(except N 22).Germination frequency of dehusked seeds markedly increased respectively,especially in F2 generation.The experiment showed that amylase activity was negatively related to seed dormancy.The change of endogenous ABA and GA3 content in seeds after absorbed water showed that lower ratio of GA3/ABA was related to the dormancy of rice seed.
