辣椒植株水浸提液对菜心和油麦菜化感作用的初步研究

摘    要:通过测定辣椒植株水浸液对菜心和油麦菜种子萌发的影响.对辣椒化感物质的作用进行了研究。试验结果表明,低浓度(0.02 g/ml)的辣椒水浸提液对菜心和油麦莱种子发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数均表现为促进作用,高浓度(0.06,0.08 g/ml)的辣椒水浸提液均表现为抑制作用,随着浓度的加大,抑制作用增强;0.04 g/ml的辣椒水浸提液对菜心和油麦菜种子发芽率、发芽势表现为抑制作用。

Preliminary Study on the Extract from Hot Pepper Plant on Flower Chinese Cabbage and Lettuce

Abstract:Allelopathy of hot pepper plant is studied by measuring the seed germination with flower Chinese cabbage and lettuce watered with the aqueous extract of hot pepper plant.Hot pepper plant aqueous extract with lower concentration (0.02 g/ml)accelerated the seed germination rate,germinating energy,germination index of flower Chinese cabbage and lettuce.Hot pepper plant aqueous extract with higher concentration(0.06 g/ml or 0.08 g/ml) inhibited the seed germination rate,germinating energy,germination index of flower Chinese cabbage and lettuce.On the one hand,with the rising of concentration,the function of restraint enhances.The 0.04 g/ml of hot pepper plant aqueous extract inhibits the seed ger- mination rate,germinating energy,germination index of these two vegetables.
