淫羊藿—蜂胶佐剂对实验动物非特异免疫功能的影响

摘    要:观察了淫羊藿-蜂胶佐剂(简称淫峰佐剂)对小鼠和雏鸡的NK细胞活性、腹腔巨噬细胞活性及血浆cAMP、cGMP含量等非特异免疫功能的影响.结果小鼠NK细胞活性,淫蜂佐剂(Ⅰ)组>生理盐水对照(Ⅳ)组>淫蜂佐剂+环磷酰胺(Ⅱ)组>环磷酰胺(Ⅲ)组.上述各组间差异显著或极显著(P<0.05或P<0.01)(Ⅱ组和Ⅳ组间差异不显著).这种差异4周龄小鼠较8周龄小鼠更为明显.小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞活性检测结果与之相似.雏鸡NK细胞活性、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬率和吞噬指数以及cGMP/cAMP比值均显著或极显著高于注射生理盐水对照雏鸡(P<0.05或P<0.01),且0.4 mL/只组高于0.2 mL/只组.上述结果表明.淫蜂佐刺能增强实验动物非特异免疫功能,并拮抗环磷酰胺的免疫抑制作用;对免疫系统未成熟的幼龄动物作用尤佳.淫蜂佐剂的这种作用,与其用量有一定关系.

Abstract:The effect of Epimedium-Propolis adjuvanton the nonspecific immunologic function such as the activity of natural killercell and celiac macrophage and the concentrations of c GMP,c AMP in plasma in chickens and mice wastest- ed.The results were as follows:the splenic NK cell activity of mice decreased with the sequence of as follows:group ( treated by EPA only) >group ( treated with physiological saline) >group ( treated by EPA with Cyclophospha- midum) >group ( treated with Cyclophosphamidum only) .The difference among these groups aforesaid was remark- able( P<0 .0 5 or P<0 .0 1 ) but between the group and ( P>0 .0 5 ) .The difference in the 4 -week-old mice was su- perior to thatin the 8-week-old mice.The obsenvation of celiac macrophage in mice were similar to the splenic NK cell. The EPA enhanced remarkably the activity of NK cell in peripheral blood,the phagocytic activity of celiac macrophage, and the concentrations of c AMP,c GMP in plasma and their ratio in chickens( P<0 .0 5 or P<0 .0 1 ) .And,moreover,in the0 .4 m L EPA was better than in the0 .2 m L EPA( P<0 .0 5 ) .These results indicated thatthe EPA could notonly en- hance the nonspecific immunologic function of experimental animals,but also resist the immunosuppression by the Cy- clophosphamidum,especially to the juvenile animal.These function of EPA appears to be related to its dosage.
