烟草积累与忍耐镉的品种差异

摘    要:通过盆栽试验研究了16个烟草品种吸收与忍耐镉的差异.结果表明:提高土壤镉水平,Xanthi根及地上部的生物量增高,对镉的耐性最强,责烟11号根及地上部的生物量降低最多,对镉的耐性最弱,大多数烟草品种根的生物量降低,地上部的生物量增加,表现出一定的镉耐性.烟草地上部镉的积累量较根高,吸收的镉68%~88%分布于叶片,表明烟草向叶片运输镉的能力很强.烟草叶片镉含量较根、茎高,不同烟草品种根、茎和叶镉含量显著差异.在土壤添加镉浓度达10mg/kg时.Xanthi、贵烟11号、RG17、云烟87、CF965、NC82叶片镉含量达100mg/kgDW以上,具备超积累植物的特征.由于烟草的生物量大,叶片容易收获,在镉污染土壤的植物修复中有很大的应用潜力.

Abstract:Pot experiments were carried out to study the variation of cadmium tolerance and accumulation in 16 tobacco cuhivars. The results showed that at higher soil cadmium level, the cuhivar Xanthi had higher biomass of root and shoot, indicating its tolerance to cadmium, Gui Yan 11 had lower biomass of root and shoot, indicating its weak tolerance to cadmium, and the other cuhivars with less biomass change were moderately tolerant to cadmium. Tobacco appeared to have high ability to absorb cadmium. The accumulation of cadmium in the shoot of tobacco was much higher than that in the root. Furthermore, 68%-88% of cadmium was found to distribute in the leaves of tobacco, implying its high translocation rate of cadmium from the root to the leaf. The content of cadmium in the leaf of tobacco was higher than that in the stem and root. However significant differences were observed between different tobacco cuhivars in cadmium content in their root, stem and leaves. The cadmium contents in the leaves of Guiyanll, RG17, Yunyan 87, CF965 and NC82, were above 100 mg/kg at 10 mg/kg of soil cadmium, which is characteristic of cadmium hyper-accumulators. Due to the high biomass, high ability to accumulate cadmium and easiness for harvesting, tobacco has a great potential for application in phyto-remediation of cadmium polluted soils.
