摘    要:对 2 份西瓜材料采用盆栽人工接种方法,研究了南方根结线虫侵染后,西瓜根系超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、丙二醛(MDA)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)保护酶活性的变化。结果表明,抗病材料和感病材料的 SOD、CAT、MDA 和 POD 表现出不同的动态,抗性与 POD 有一定的相关性。

Abstract:The change of protective enzymes SOD,POD,MDA and CAT watermelon seedlings with different resistance were studies using the seedling inoculated Meloidgyne incognita in growing pots.The result showed that SOD,CAT,MDA and POD activity were different in resistance and susceptible watermelon accessions.Some correlation between POD and nematodes resistance was observed.
