重金属Cd2+和Co2+对高体鰟鮍鱼苗的急性毒性

摘    要:为给高体鰟鮍的开发利用及水环境重金属污染研究提供理论参考,采用静水生物测试法研究重金属Cd2+、Co2+对高体鳑鮍(Rhodeus ocellatus)鱼苗的急性毒性。结果表明:在24h、48h、72h及96h,Cd2+和Co2+对高体鳑鮍鱼苗的LC50分别为18.019mg/L、14.330mg/L、10.462mg/L及8.622mg/L,和163.885mg/L、147.786mg/L、129.402mg/L及89.978mg/L。结论:Cd2+和Co2+对高体鳑鮍鱼苗的安全浓度分别为0.862 2mg/L和8.997 8mg/L。

Abstract:To provide the theoretical basis and reference for the development of R.ocellatus,and heavy metal pollution research in an aquatic environment,the acute toxicity of Cd2+ and Co2+ on juvenile R.ocellatus were studied by static bioassay test.The results showed that the 24 h,48 h,72 h and 96 h LC50 of Cd2+ were 18.019 mg/L,14.330 mg/L,10.462 mg/L and 8.622 mg/L,respectively;the 24 h,48 h,72 h and 96 h LC50 of Co2+ were 163.885 mg/L,147.786 mg/L,129.402 mg/L and 89.978 mg/L,respectively.The safety concentrations of Cd2+ and Co2+ were 0.862 2 mg/L and 8.997 8 mg/L,respectively.
