摘    要:为了研究不同剪叶程度对烤烟漂浮苗根系生长和生理特征的影响,以烤烟品种K326为材料,进行了剪叶面积1/3、1/2、2/3和不剪叶的烤烟漂浮育苗试验。结果表明,剪叶可抑制烟苗茎生长过高,促进根的生长发育;剪叶面积为1/3~1/2时,根的总根长、根表面积、根体积、根系平均直径和二级侧根数均显著高于不剪叶(根长和根体积除外)和剪叶面积为2/3的处理,烟苗根系活力、叶片叶绿素含量和可溶性糖含量均有显著提高

Abstract:To explore the effects of different leaf-cutting level on root development and physiological characters of flue-cured tabacco seedlings in floating system,taking K326 as experimental material,leaf-cutting experiments were carried out.The results indicated that the effect of clipping off the 1/3~1/2 total leaf area was the best.The total root length,root superficial area,root volume,average root diameter and second-order lateral roots were higher than that of no-clipping and leaf-cutting 2/3 treatments,respectively.And the root activity,chlorophyll content and soluble sugar content were also increased significantly.
