摘    要:为探索粗壮女贞生长最适宜的土壤酸碱性,找出粗壮女贞最佳的栽培环境,为其无公害栽培提供理论基础,以粗壮女贞(Ligustrum robustum)为材料,采用国际通用的营养液配方,通过砂培研究不同pH值(pH3.5,pH4.5,pH5.5,pH7.0,pH8.0)对粗壮女贞生理特性的影响.结果表明:粗壮女贞在pH5.5时受伤害程度低,根系活力强,净光合作用速率大,适应性以及抗逆性较强,能够明显改善粗壮女贞整体的生理机能,给植株的碳氮代谢提供良好的物质基础和能量保证.

Abstract:L.robustum seedlings were cultured in the general nutrient solution with different pH to study the effect of different pH stress on physiological property of L.robustum seedlings and to probe the optimal soil acidity and alkalinity for pollution-free cultivation of L.robustum.The results showed that L.robustum seedlings cultured in the nutrient solution with pH 5.5 had strong root vigor,adaptability and stress resistance,and higher net photosynthetic rate,which could improve general physiological function of L.robustum seedlings to provide the material base and energy for carbon and nitrogen metabolism of Ligustrum robustum seedlings.
