摘    要:为河南省土地可持续利用评价提供科学依据,促进河南省人口、资源、社会经济、生态环境间的协调发展,针对河南省土地利用的特点,从土地的生产性、稳定性、保护性、经济可行性、社会可接受性等方面构建土地可持续利用评价指标体系,采用层次分析法确定权重,构建综合分析模型,对河南省2000-2009年土地可持续利用状况进行评价。结果表明:2000-2009年河南省土地可持续利用水平呈增加态势,其中,2000-2001年处于基本可持续水平,2002-2008年处于较可持续水平,2009年为可持续水平;"三废"处理率偏低、人口数量较大及自然灾害频发等是制约河南省土地可持续利用水平进一步提高的主要因素。

Abstract:The land sustainable utilization status in Henan from 2000 to 2009 was evaluated by building the synthesis analytic model with the evaluation index system including productivity,stability,protectiveness,economic feasibility,social acceptability to provide the scientific basis for land sustainable utilization and promote the harmonious development of population,resources,social economy and ecological environment in Henan.The results showed that the land sustainable utilization level from 2000 to 2009 showed an increasing trend.The land utilization status from 2000 to 2001,from 2002 to 2008 and in 2009 was at basic sustainable level,high sustainable level and sustainable level respectively.The lower management ratio of the three wastes,large population and high natural disaster frequency are main factors to restrict further improvement of land sustainable utilization level in Henan Province.
