微孔草籽粕氨基酸含量的测定与评价

摘    要:为综合开发利用微孔草资源,以2,4-二硝基氟苯(DNFB)为衍生试剂,采用柱前衍生反相高效液相色谱法对微孔草籽粕的17种氨基酸含量进行了测定。结果表明:微孔草籽粕中各种氨基酸含量丰富,总含量达99.392mg/g,7种必需氨基酸含量为40.086mg/g,亮氨酸含量高达18.995mg/g;氨基酸配比合理,E/T为40.33%,E/N为0.676%,非常接近FAO/WHO提出的理想模式。超临界CO2萃取微孔草籽粕在医学和营养学上均具有较高的研究与开发价值。

Abstract:In order to make full use of M.sikkimensis,the highly sensitive fluorescent reagent and 2,4-dinitrofluorobenzene were applied to determine and evaluate the amino acid composition of M.sikkimensis seed residues(the seeds were extracted for seed oil by supercritical CO2 before) by pre-column derivatization method.The results showed that the total amino acid content reached 99.392 mg/g,moreover,the content of seven essential amino acids was 40.086 mg/g.Among them,Leu was the major amino acid,up to 18.995 mg/g.According to the guidance of FAO/WHO,the amino acid composition of M.sikkimensis was very valuable and nutritious(E/T: 40.331 %;E/N: 0.676).The samples was of high research potential at both medically and nutritionally.
