摘    要:为了进一步明确温度对锈翅蚁蛉(Myrmeleon ferrugineipennis)生长发育的影响,在恒温条件下研究了温度对锈翅蚁蛉试验种群生长发育的影响。结果表明:在15~27℃温度范围内,锈翅蚁蛉各发育历期随温度的升高而缩短,发育速率与温度呈显著正相关;在31℃下发育速率降低。不同温度下的存活率由高到低的顺序为27℃>23℃>19℃>15℃>31℃,1龄幼虫、2龄幼虫、3龄幼虫、幼虫期、蛹期的发育起点温度分别为6.33℃、11.55℃、8.30℃、8.42℃和7.24℃,有效积温为254.51、312.39、535.59、1164.20和574.01日.度。温度对锈翅蚁蛉种群的生长发育和存活率具有明显的影响。

Abstract:To explore the influence of temperature on the growth and development of M.ferrugineipennis,the growth and development of M.ferrugineipennis were observed at five temperatures(15℃,19℃,23℃,27℃,31℃) in the laboratory.The results showed that the developmental duration of M.ferrugineipennis increased with the rise of temperature from 15℃ to 27℃,and reduced at higher temperatures(31℃).The generation survival rate of M.ferrugineipennis decreased in the order of 27℃>23℃>19℃>15℃>31℃,suggesting that the excessively high or low temperature was unfavorable to the survival.The developmental threshold temperature required for 1st instar,2nd instar,3rd instar,whole larval stage and pupal stage were 6.33℃,11.55℃,8.30℃,8.42℃ and 7.24℃,while the effective accumulated temperatures were 254.51,312.39,535.59,1164.20 and 574.01 degree-days respectively.It is so concluded that the influence of temperature on the developmental duration,survival rate and of experimental populations of M.ferrugineipennis is remarkable.
