烟草青枯菌土壤拮抗真菌的筛选及鉴定

摘    要:为有效地利用生物防治技术防治烟草青枯病,提升烟草及烟草制品的产量和质量,解决使用化学防治造成的有害物质残留超标问题,通过采用平板对峙培养法、分子生物学与形态学相结合的生物防菌鉴定法等,对从健康的烟草根际土壤中分离获得的烟草青枯菌土壤拮抗真菌进行筛选和鉴定研究。结果表明:从烟草根际土壤中分离获得的56株真菌中有3株具有拮抗作用,经鉴定分别为淡色生赤壳菌(Bionec-tria ochroleuca)、棘孢木霉(Trichoderma asperellum)和嗜松青霉(Penicillium pinophilum),其拮抗效果从高到低依次为淡色生赤壳菌(平均抑菌圈直径达31.23mm)>棘孢木霉(11.28mm)>嗜松青(10.54mm)。

Abstract:Three antagonism fungus strains against R.solancearum were successfully selected and identified from 56 fungus strains isolated from the rhizosphere soil of healthy tobacco plants by the plate confrontation culture method and biological control identification method with molecular biology and morphology to effectively control tobacco bacterial wilt,improve yield and quality of tobacco and tobacco products and solve the problem of residual hazardous materials.The results showed that they were Bionectria ochroleuca,Trichoderma asperellum and Penicillium pinophilum and the antagonism effect was Bionectria ochroleuca>Trichoderma asperellum>Penicillium pinophilum.
