杉木优树侧枝接根埋干法的复壮效果

摘    要:从28a生树上取侧枝主梢,从1年生实生苗取根系,将二者嫁接在一起,并将接株主干下部横埋土中。用此接根埋于复壮法获得的萌条进行了扦插试验。结果表明:扦插苗直立生长,外观及生长势正常,年生长节律与常规根颈萌条扦插苗基本一致,扦插成活率、苗高、地径、地上部分生长量、根系生长情况、苗木出圃率等各项指标均极显著地高于未经复壮处理的上部枝条扦插苗,而与根颈萌条扦插苗无显著差异。在一年生试验林中,复壮幼树与来自根颈萌条的幼树的平均树高和平均地径无显著差异。这表明接根埋干法有明显的复壮效果,可以在生产中应用。

Abstract:Upper branches of mature plus trees and root systems of Seedlings of Chinese fir were taken and grafted together.The lower stem portions of the grafts were horizontally buried in earth. After sprouts appeared from the buried stems and root systems developed at the base of the sprouts,they were cut below soil surface.When new sporuts developed they usually showed normal appearance. To examine the rejuvenation effect of this method, sprouts of this kind were taken and rooted.Three kinds of cuttings were used as controls.They were upper branches of mature trees,sprouts taken from root collar of one-or-two-year old seedlings and of mature trees. It was observed that the rooted cuttings of the rejuvenation showed noimal appearance and their growth pattern was similar to that of the juvenile controls. Although the rooting percentage, the average height and diameter at root collar, the average number and length of the branches and root systems, the biomass as well as the percentage of the rejuvenated ramets qualified for field planting were all higher at 0.01 level than those of ramets of mature control, no significant difference between rejuvenated and juvenile ramets was found. Also, the height and diameter of the rejuvenated trees and the juvenile ramets were the same in one-year old testing plantation. These results indicated that the method has a good effect on rejuvenating mature trees and, therefore, can be used in practice.
