甘蓝型油菜显性细胞核+波里马细胞质雄性不育三系的创建

摘    要:甘蓝型油菜显性细胞核雄性不育和波里马细胞质雄性不育有着完全不同的恢保关系;分别以纯合型显性核不育系和显性核不育系杂种为显性核不育基因的供体,采用有性杂交方法将甘蓝型油菜显性细胞核雄性不育基因导入到波里马细胞质雄性不育系LtfA中;用测交和连续回交方法,选育出甘蓝型油菜显性细胞核+波里马细胞质雄性不育系DGCMS-Yi-3A和DGCMS-153A及其保持系Yi-3B和153B;并从波里马的恢复系中筛选出2个显性细胞核+波里马细胞质雄性不育恢复系92-5916和92-5942。

Abstract:There is different maintaining and restoring relationship between dominant genic male sterility(DGMS) and polima cytoplasmic male sterility(pol CMS) in Brassica napus.The dominant male sterility gene of DGMS was transfered from DGMS line Rs 1046 and DGMS hybrid Zhongza 3 into pol CMS Iine LtfA,respectively.Two dominant genic and polima cytoplasmic male sterile(DGCMS)lines DCMS-Yi-3A. DGCMS-153A and their maintainers DGCMS-Yi-3B,DGCMS-153B,and two DGCMS restorers 92-5916and 92-5942 were obtained.
